Several of these systems were built first for our own businesses. That is how we know they work on a Monday.

Short-term rental management, Algarve

Trilingual website with direct bookings and payments, an AI agent for guests and staff, and automation of confirmations, invoicing and reports.

  • Astro website in EN/PT/ES with booking engine and Stripe
  • “Camila” agent on WhatsApp and Telegram for guests and team coordination
  • n8n flows: confirmations, check-in, certified invoicing, reports
  • Google Ads campaigns connected to the direct booking engine

Guests answered in four languages at any hour; the manager only receives what needs a decision.

Livin Stays Algarve

Operations platform (PWA) for short-term rentals: housekeeping, front office, maintenance, HR, invoicing and SIBA pre-check-in, with AI-assisted scheduling.

  • Installable app for managers, housekeepers and owners
  • Booking sync with the channel manager
  • Certified Portuguese invoicing via CloudInvoice
  • Public portals for pre-check-in, quotes and feedback

The cleaning team opens the app in the morning and knows exactly what to do; the manager sees everything in real time.

Bilingual website with live classes and availability, online enrolment and trial classes, news and events managed by the club itself.

  • Static Astro website with content from Supabase
  • Places per class updated to the minute
  • Enrolment forms landing straight in the back office
  • Full SEO, share images and structured data

Enrolment without paper and without phone calls to confirm timetables.

Swim Club Manager

Complete club management: swimmers, classes, attendance, payments, coach payroll, municipal documents and a family portal.

  • Admin, coach and swimmer roles
  • CSV swimmer import with validation
  • Automatic enrolment forms in PDF
  • Attendance, financial and capacity reports

Hundreds of swimmers managed from a single panel, with families handling their own data in the portal.
