Galhardo Cloud was born in Tavira, in the Algarve, out of a practical frustration: running rentals and a swimming club with tools that did not talk to each other.
João Galhardo manages short-term rentals in the Algarve and runs the operation of a swimming club with hundreds of athletes. For years, the day started with spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and e-mails copied by hand.
Instead of waiting for the right software, he built it: first the Livin Stays operations platform, then the RIA Aqua Clube Tavira website and management system, then the AI agents that today answer guests and coordinate teams every day.
Galhardo Cloud is the way to put those systems, and the experience of operating them, at the service of other businesses that recognise the same Monday. We work with a small network of specialists in design, data and ads, and with the best AI models available, chosen case by case.
