Galhardo Cloud, based in Tavira, Portugal, is the controller of the data collected on this website (galhardo.cloud). Contact: hello@galhardo.cloud.

Contact form: name, e-mail, company (optional), interest and the message you write. We use them only to answer your request and, if we go ahead, to prepare a proposal.

Browsing: this site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. If we enable usage statistics, we will do so with anonymised IP and without storing advertising identifiers.

Technical logs: the hosting server keeps access logs (IP address, page, date) for security reasons, for a limited period.

We process form data on the basis of your request (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in replying. We keep it for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a legal obligation or an ongoing contract requires otherwise.

Only with the providers strictly needed to run the site and e-mail (hosting, e-mail service, a form service if used), all based in or offering adequate safeguards within the European Union. We never sell data.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to hello@galhardo.cloud. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
